Your New Summer Potluck Favorite 🍅

Hi friend,

Somewhere between a charcuterie board and a pasta salad, this recipe is becoming my new summer obsession.

My new Antipasto Pasta Salad combines everything I love about a great antipasto platter—salami, smoked mozzarella, olives, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and fresh herbs—tossed with tender pasta and a zippy homemade vinaigrette.

It’s colorful, packed with flavor, and exactly the kind of dish that disappears first at potlucks, barbecues, and summer gatherings.

More Summer Salads to Love:

Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad with Candied Pecans — Sweet strawberries, creamy goat cheese, crunchy nuts, and fresh greens come together in a salad that's always a crowd favorite.

Gourmet Burrata Caprese Salad — This upgraded Caprese combines creamy burrata, fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and a homemade balsamic dressing for a salad that's equal parts elegant and easy.

Lemony Green Bean Salad with Goat Cheese and Pistachios — Bright, crisp, and perfect for making ahead. This fresh side dish pairs beautifully with everything from grilled chicken to burgers.

Whether you're hosting friends, heading to a potluck, or just looking for a delicious side to keep in the fridge this week, I hope you find something to add to your summer table.

Happy cooking,

P.S. If you make the pasta salad (or any of the other recipes), I’d love it if you’d pop over and leave a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating and a quick comment on the post. It seriously helps more readers find the recipe — and it totally makes my day. 😊

Stay tuned and be sure to follow us for more simple seasonal recipes with a little bit of fancy!

July 15, 2026 Hi there, You know those restaurant dishes that you order every single time because they're just that good? Chicken (Pollo) al Limone, an Italian-style lemon chicken dish, was always one of those for me. During my years working in Italian-American restaurants, I came to appreciate how a handful of simple ingredients could create something so memorable. My version stays true to that bright, buttery classic, with one small Maplevine Kitchen twist: a touch of Parmesan in the flour...
