Peak Tomato Season Needs This Dip

Hi friend,

It’s that golden moment of late summer — when the tomatoes are heavy on the vine, the basil’s still thriving, and every dinner feels like a chance to slow down and savor.

This Bruschetta Dip with Whipped Feta is my current favorite way to soak it all up. It’s easy, stylish, and designed for sharing. We're talking juicy heirloom cherry tomatoes marinated with garlic and olive oil, fresh basil, and a cloud of creamy whipped feta underneath. Scoop it all up with crispy crostini, pour a chilled glass of wine, and just let summer do its thing.

More Fresh Recipes for Late Summer Entertaining:

Burrata and Prosciutto Appetizer Plate — Creamy burrata, silky ribbons of prosciutto, and ripe tomatoes — this low-effort plate is what late summer entertaining is all about. Serve with grilled bread and a glass of chilled white for a no-cook stunner.

Gourmet Burrata Caprese — Take everything you love about classic Caprese — juicy tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil — and swap the mozzarella for rich, dreamy burrata. Add in an easy upgrade with rich sun-dried tomatoes and it’s the kind of salad that looks like art but takes minutes to pull together. A must while tomatoes are still peaking.

Fresh Mango Corn Salsa — Juicy mango, crunchy raw corn, fresh lime, and a little jalapeño heat — this salsa hits every note. It’s bright, juicy, and wildly addictive scooped with tortilla chips or spooned over grilled fish or shrimp.

Let me know what late-summer magic you’re cooking up!

xo,

P.S. If you make the bruschetta dip (or any of the other recipes), I’d love it if you’d pop over and leave a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating and a quick comment on the post. It seriously helps more readers find the recipe — and it totally makes my day. 😊
