New! Creamy Tomato Orzo

Hello there!

If you’re like me, you want summer dinners to feel easy but still a little polished—something simple enough for a weeknight but nice enough to share with friends.

My new Creamy Tomato Orzo recipe is exactly that: one pot, about 30 minutes, and packed with fresh tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan, and basil. It’s cozy and creamy but still light and summery.

And if you want to build it into a full dinner menu, I’ve got you covered with some favorites that fit the season beautifully. I’m calling this a “Simple Summer Italian-Inspired Spread”—perfect for a relaxed dinner that still feels a bit fancy:

Goat Cheese Crostini with Rainier Cherries — the perfect sweet-savory starter while summer cherries are at their peak!

Oven-Baked Pesto Crusted Salmon — easy, flavorful, and pairs beautifully with the creamy orzo.

Italian Spinach and Arugula Salad with Shaved Parmesan — fresh, bright, and just the right contrast to round out the meal.

I hope this gives you some inspiration for an easy summer menu that feels a bit polished—without a lot of fuss.

Thanks for being here and cooking along with me—I love sharing these recipes with you ❤️

See you back in the kitchen soon!

P.S. If you try any of these, I’d love to know what you think! Leave a comment and rating on the blog—your feedback means so much to me and helps others discover new favorites too. 😊

Stay tuned and be sure to follow us for more simple seasonal recipes with a little bit of fancy!
